What is your reaction to that? 3- The National Prayer Breakfast was held this week in Washington and you were on the program. What are the details on this? 4- You were very involved in securing approval of a program called the Gulf States initiative that was included in the FY 1992 Defense Bill. This anti-drug program’s training center will be located in Mississippi could you elaborate on the initiative?
